I don't do installs blindly. I'm fully prepared: we assess your hair history, discuss your goals, and if custom coloring is needed, I handle that before you arrive. I don't work by the seat of my pants.

I would never use synthetic or low-grade hair. Every client in my chair gets the same quality, period. I work with raw vendors, Chinese vendors, and I've sourced from the best locations globally. This one day is yours—I don't book anyone else. I work until I'm finished. I typically start at 10 a.m. Worst-case scenario (full, long, thick hair + full, long, thick K-Tips + extra care) you'll be with me until 7 p.m. This is about setting expectations so you know to be patient with me and available for the full time.

Every client gets step-by-step removal guidance in her private K-Tip Concierge — you never have to come back just for a removal. If you'd rather I take it down for you, K-Tip removal ranges from $150 to $250 depending on complexity. That covers every install, hybrids included.

I check every bond for integrity. At your first maintenance, I add any bonds needed, remove any that need to go, and get you back to the flawless state you were in on install day. I advise maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. It ranges from $200 to $350 — where you land depends on how well you've followed your concierge instructions at home. Traditional K-Tips take less maintenance work, and hybrid installs do too. Invisible K-Tips on natural hair can mean a longer appointment — and a higher cost — if it's not cared for at home. And if you'd rather not come back? You don't have to. Your concierge walks you through everything step by step, including removal.
